Vertical Hysteresis Measurement Results:

The magneto-optical Kerr effect can be used to measure hysteresis lines with high speed, high accuracy, non-contact and non-destructive (no additional operations such as processing or slicing of the sample), and to obtain information on the coercivity, relative magnetization strength and magnetic anisotropy of magnetic materials. The miniature MOKE magnetic measuring instrument is a self-developed portable instrument with small footprint and fast response, which can meet the rapid and non-destructive testing of various magnetic thin film materials in laboratory research and industrial production. For the optical response of different magnetically anisotropic materials, our instrument is an all-in-one solution that allows customers to quickly measure hysteresis lines without the need for any external instruments or displays.

Micro MOKE system features:
