Function introduction:

 

1. Test range: ± 3.0000mWb \ ± 30.000mWb \ ± 300.00mWb \ ± 3000.0mWb. Press the F1 key on the panel keyboard to switch the range, from low gear to high gear. Press the key cycle to switch. Second gear (± 30.000mWb), the current test range will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.

2. Clear the reading: Press Zero to clear the integrator.

3. Drift adjustment: Press the Adj key, and the software enters the automatic drift adjustment state. At the same time, Adj ... will be displayed at the bottom left of the screen, indicating that drift adjustment is in progress. When adjusting the drift, you should keep the static state without the magnetic flux signal input, and avoid other interference signals. At the same time, you cannot press the Zero key. The drift adjustment time varies from a few seconds to 30 seconds. After Adj is over, if the displayed value is not, you can press Zero to clear it.

4. Signal input: The magnetic flux inductive coil can be connected to the INPUT on the rear panel. The INPUT includes two terminals, which are respectively connected to the two ends of the measuring coil; in addition, the Probe port can also be connected to the measuring coil of the corresponding interface.

5. Calibration of measurement results: Press the Menu key to enter the CAL menu. There are 4 coefficients in this menu. These coefficients can be modified by pressing the number keys and the arrow keys. These coefficients are the calibration parameters of the magnetic flux, which have a linear relationship with the measurement results. They have been calibrated before leaving the factory. Under normal circumstances, users are not recommended to modify them by themselves.

6. Analog output: The interface is the BNC labeled OUTPU on the rear panel, which corresponds to a full-scale voltage of 3V.

7. The communication interface: RS232. At present, no user protocol is available for this communication.

8. Note: After the range is switched, the drift of the flux meter will change greatly, and the drift adjustment needs to be performed again. After the drift adjustment is completed, the flux meter does not necessarily reach a very stable state. After waiting for several tens of seconds, the flux meter will reach stability.
